Our Objectives for
Your CCQ on the Airbus A340
The Cross Crew Qualification (CCQ) on the Airbus A340 is designed for pilots rated on one of the fly-by-wire Airbus aircraft such as the A320, A330/350 or A380.
Instead of taking a full type rating on the Airbus A340, you will take a shorter program pointing out the differences and specifies of the A340 compared to your base aircraft.

Requirements to Start your CCQ
To enrol in the Airbus A340 Cross Crew Qualification (CCQ) course, you must meet at least the following conditions:

Hold a valid Airbus A320, A340 or A380 type rating

Hold a valid Class 1 Medical certificate
-
Have a minimum of Level 4 in English proficiency
-
For a ZFTT training, have at least:

500 hours flight time, or
-
100 route sectors
